About The Position
We are hiring immediately for full time and part time PATIENT OBSERVATION LEAD positions at Dell Children's Medical Center. This role is the team leader of Patient Observation associates and assists the department's managers in the successful operation of the Patient Observation and Transport Program. This job is responsible for the safe, timely and accurate observation of patients who cannot be left unattended. The schedule includes varying shifts: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, or 11:00 pm - 7:30 am.
