About The Position

The position involves proficiency in all aspects of scheduling and registering outpatients by obtaining necessary, accurate financial and demographic information. The role requires consistent excellence in patient/customer service and the ability to operate various types of office equipment. The individual will complete all assigned tasks and meet department call center metrics while working as a positive team member to support and increase the overall efficiency of the department.
