Our multidisciplinary model integrates oncology, occupational therapy, mental health, and nutrition to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a virtual-first environment. The Role As a Patient Navigation Assistant, you’re often the first voice our patients hear. You help them feel supported, prepared, and confident as they access virtual care. You work closely with Oncology Patient Navigators and clinicians to coordinate visits, answer questions, and ensure a smooth, reassuring care experience.
