We do this by embodying our WE CARE values.As a full time Medical Social Worker you will be an integral part of the care coordination team, working in collaboration with RN case management, the clinical team, and internal/external collaterals. Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Current Massachusetts Social Work licensure (LCSW/LICSW)
  • A minimum of one year related experience in a hospital environment and/or with transferable skills that apply to a fast-paced and high-urgency setting
  • Ability to triage crises and collaborate/coordinate with collateral agencies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with protective services, child welfare, long term care, crisis intervention, chronic illness, hospice care, substance use disorders and psychiatric illnesses a plus-New graduates are encouraged to apply. Licensure requirements can be discussed and obtained with an agreed upon timeline.
