About The Position

Provides patient nutrition service responsibilities such as meal and supplement ordering utilizing department diet software program: along with, duties that include supportive department roles such as patient meal delivery, production and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficient.
• Demonstrates ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to use departmental equipment, as outlined by the department.
• Must be able to demonstrate general computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in call center setting, hospitality services, or customer service preferred.
• Previous experience in nutritional services in a medical or hospital setting preferred
