About The Position

We are seeking an energetic individual to join our Patient Liaison team and become a key player in growing Salience Health through assisting patients, referral doctor pipeline management and enhancing brand awareness. As a Patient Liaison, you will play a crucial role in educating our patient population about TMS, our healthcare model, and all the other services we provide for patient care. Patient Liaisons manage incoming and outgoing calls to coordinate care with the proper services. You will become a huge asset to our Patient Advocate, Treatment Coordinator, and Medical Director teams by assisting with patient pipeline management throughout all our locations. Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, a passion for mental health and the need for improvement in health care, the desire for self-improvement, the continued learning mentality, and the drive to not only meet but exceed monthly goals. Working closely with our Management, Medical Directors, Medical Assistants, and Patient Advocate team, you will have the opportunity for a state-of-the-art patient experience training and the skills to develop your career as a Patient Advocate, Care Navigator or any of the opportunities that may present themselves. Requirements

  • Full-time employee
  • Expected hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications and internet navigation
  • College Degree or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of sales experience, customer service or lead generation
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred but not required
  • Front Desk or Admin experience is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of an EMR system is preferred but not required
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Team player yet capable of working independently
  • Driven and tenacious with the ability to be professionally persistent and persuasive
  • Customer/personal service-oriented sales
  • Ability to learn and follow sales methodology to achieve goals

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming patient appointments.
  • Schedule appropriate patient services and testing while managing outbound calls
  • Contact patients who have been referred from outside providers to help educate the referred patient about our model and other services we provide for patient care.
  • Be present and able to answer any inquiries through our website’s chat tool.
  • Maintain call volume of 40-50 calls per day with the intent to qualify key leads and create a pipeline for Patient Advocate and Patient Engagement Team.
  • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce (including calls, prospect pipeline, account notes, etc.)
  • Meet or exceed key activity metrics for daily calls, emails, and ancillaries booked.
  • Collaborate closely with the Patient Advocate, and other clinical teams, to ensure we are providing the best care to our patients and our practices.
  • Expand knowledge of mental health and help Salience Health become the leading health care provider.
  • Assist in initiating Care Navigator, or any type there other, consultations for Salience Health and Salience TMS.
  • Schedule new patients for Salience Health.
  • Assist patient requests on the Salience Health lines.
  • Educate and schedule patients who are referred for therapy services, assessments, or any other additional tests the provider’s order.
  • Check in / Check out patients from there visit or assessments at the time of scheduled appointment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
