As a Patient Journey Advocate, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Handle inbound, outbound, dialer, email, and chat (when available) interactions with patients, home health agencies, doctors’ office, family members, and/or others as required in the patient’s wound vac therapy journey. Support end to end patient wound vac therapy process, which covers, but is not limited to: Contact patients to schedule product delivery. Provide a warm and informative welcome to new patients. Proactively reach out to patients to assess needs, and answer questions. Assist patients in scheduling the timely return of therapy equipment upon completion of treatment. Work collaboratively with patients to collect necessary documentation (example: Proof of Delivery) and address any deficiencies. Accurately document all patient interactions in the appropriate systems. Understanding and complying with HIPPA regulations, PHI and all Solventum policies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and (5) five years of customer care service experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Healthcare
  • Communicate in English effectively both verbally and in written format C1
  • Experience with Nice InContact or any other telephony system.
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Capable of multitasking and toggling through 4-5 different systems (dual screens)
