Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of patients by managing phone calls and schedules.
- Assist providers and nurses with various clinical responsibilities as requested.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients to the Care Team.
- Manage supplies and equipment necessary for patient care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education equivalent required.
- Three to six months' related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education or experience required.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with medical terminology preferred.
- Computer knowledge and skills preferred.
- Previous experience with ICD 9 or coding preferred.
