About The Position

Brookings Health System is seeking a Patient Financial Representative to join our team! In this position, you will perform patient facing financial consultations at Brookings Health System. This role expertly helps patients navigate the world of medical billing, providing payment options and assistance as needed. Patient Financial Representative will be expected to comply with all regulatory bodies and agencies. May perform a variety of Business Office related duties including: providing assistance to patients who have billing or financial concerns, processing patient payments, creating patient cost estimates, and serving as a backup for switchboard as needed.
