You will get a chance to help them at the start of their visit with checking in, to insurance verification, scheduling, and referrals. Our Extended Hours Clinic has engaged staff that fosters an inclusive staffing model that allows staff to give input at meetings on how they move the facility forward. The leaders are very big on guiding the staff to operate the clinic successfully so they can grow and learn. The leadership team offers a tremendous amount of feedback, and incentives to make work funs and engage everyone. SHIFT: Monday-Thursday, 10am-7pm, Friday, 8:15am-5:15pm. OR Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 815-515 and alternating Saturdays (about 1 Saturday every 2 months) POSITION SUMMARY This position coordinates a smooth patient flow process by answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, providing registration of patient and insurance information, obtaining required signatures following established processes, procedures and standards. This position also verifies insurance coverage, validates referrals and authorizations, collects patient liability and provides financial guidance to patients to maximize medical services reimbursement efforts. This also includes accurately posting patients at the point of service and releasing information in accordance with organizational and compliance policies and guidelines.
