About The Position
Now Hiring - Patient Financial Services - Financial Counselor Location: Remote/Fort Myers, FL - On-site (3660 Broadway) Radiology Regional is one of the largest physician-driven diagnostic imaging providers, with 13 imaging centers, in Southwest Florida. We are seeking a dynamic person with a passion to care for others in the communities we serve. For over 50 years we have earned trust and confidence because of their patient care experience. Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Patient Financial Services Manager, the Patient Financial Services Specialist performs those duties directly involving obtaining insurance eligibility, exam prior-authorization, and time-of-service (TOS) estimations. Utilize various office procedures, software, access payer portals and use of IVR phone system, related to verification, authorization, and TOS, in radiology industry. Provide services with attention to detail and with guest services being the primary objective. Perform other related duties within job classification or organization as necessary or as assigned by management.
