About The Position

Patient Financial Representative - Part-Time Arkview Behavioral Health - Mechanicsburg & York, PA Arkview Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Patient Financial Representative to support our full-time Patient Financial Coordinator and provide compassionate, professional financial guidance to our outpatient clients.

Requirements

• Experience in a business office, billing, medical office, or financial customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a supportive and professional approach.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with insurance verification, deductibles, and medical billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect client copays and deductibles for outpatient services at both locations (Mechanicsburg & York).
• Set up and manage payment plans based on individual client needs.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and families regarding billing, insurance, and financial expectations.
• Maintain accurate payment records and ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
