The Patient Financial Navigator Assistant is responsible for the daily operations of patient financial navigation services, organization-wide, providing a patient-centered focus to ensure a positive patient experience. The Manager sets, implements and ensures compliance with all regulations, operational policies, standards and guidelines; maintains effective communication with patients, insurance carriers, and other partners to resolve issues that impede cash flows and detract from patient satisfaction; monitors quality and productivity through reporting; provides continual process improvement; identifies trends and operational deficiencies, and manages corrective action plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes; assists in the development and monitoring of budgets; performs community outreach; produces/presents operational metrics; builds and maintains vendor relationships; optimizes standardized workflows across the billing process and continually enhances solution capabilities for patient expectations.
