The Financial Counseling Specialist partners with Social Workers/Care Coordinators/Case Managers and other members of a patient's care team to assist patients with navigating their insurance benefits, applying for benefits, including financial assistance, and understanding their financial responsibilities for emergency department care, acute hospital care and post-acute care. The Financial Counseling Specialist works on-site at their assigned hospital campus, and as needed, may be required to remotely support other campuses. Develop and Grow your Career!
