Ability to explain personal and financial matters with patients/or representatives. Ability to work with self-pay patients by providing them/representatives with payment options and information about collection procedures. Good problem solving and process efficiency skills. Knowledge of insurance benefits, covered services, billing and collection procedures for all government insurance. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. General knowledge of office procedures and ability to utilize resource in an organized manner. Performs all other duties as assigned.
