About The Position

Job SummaryResponsible for maintaining a line of communication between individuals in the waiting rooms and in theclinical areas within Emergency Services. Provide support and crisis management in trauma situations forfamilies and patients. Provides clinical personnel and other emergency care center staff with support andopportunities for stress management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must be certified in BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained in the orientation period.
• Will consider experience in lieu of degree or certification

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree or certification preferred.
• Advanced studies in humanity, psychology, social work or equivalent preferred.
