UPMC McKeesport is seeking a Patient & Family Concierge Senior to join our 3C Addiction Medicine Unit. This role is the central communication hub for the unit, ensuring smooth operations and compassionate care for a unique patient population.   • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and staff
  • Manage physician requests, patient concerns, and departmental coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a calm, supportive environment
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other tools to handle scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Uphold phone etiquette and professional communication standards
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate approach to patient care
  • High School diploma OR one year of previous job experience required in lieu of HS Diploma/GED.
  • 6 months of experience as a Patient & Family Concierge or equivalent
  • Completion of 1 annual contribution from these options: hospital/department committee participation, participation in departmental project, peer interviewer, onboarding/precepting of others
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • CCMC due within 60 days of hire
  • Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC)
  • Act 33 with renewal
