About The Position

The Patient Experience Representative for Multi-Specialty Clinics at The Iowa Clinic provides advanced level patient services regarding registration as a direct contact and resource to patients. This role manages the flow of clinical scheduling, registration, patient materials, and communicates delays or changes. The representative strives to create The Iowa Clinic Experience with each interaction, working standard clinic hours with no night shifts.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
Highly motivated to work in a healthcare setting
No medical office experience necessary (training will be provided)
