About The Position

The level 2 Patient Experience Representative is in our Endocrinology unit and is 100% in person during training. This role is in a call center setting (not patient facing) and will be responsible for monitoring clinic activity to ensure the best possible patient experience. Assists with resolving customer service and scheduling issues. Provides positive and effective customer service that supports departmental and hospital operations.
