About The Position

We are hiring an experienced Patient Experience Manager (RN) for one of our clients in the healthcare sector. This role focuses on fostering a culture of patient-centered care and enhancing the overall patient and family experience within a licensed 122-bed hospital accredited by the Joint Commission. The hospital is the region’s only designated Trauma Center and county-recognized Paramedic Base Station. As the Performance Improvement / Patient Experience RN Manager, you will translate insights from patient feedback into measurable actions and behavioral improvements. You will work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a valid California RN License
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in quality or performance improvement, including data analysis and management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in patient advocacy or complaint/grievance management
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • CPXP (Certified Patient Experience Professional)
  • CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality)

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to improve patient and family experiences
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to develop action plans
  • Manage and resolve patient advocacy issues, complaints, and grievances
  • Drive performance improvement and quality management processes
  • Ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements
