About The Position

The Patient Experience Liaison (PEL) reports to Patient Experience and collaborates with Ecosystem Leads, Health Science Advisors (HSAs) and Clinical Science Liaisons (CSLs) to understand and address patient support need within their assigned Ecosystem. The PEL interacts with patients, care partners, HCPs, and staff to support patients as they start prescribed treatment and follow their treatment plan. The PEL supports patients by addressing treatment access and affordability obstacles, offering care coordination, raising awareness about local community resources/solutions, and improving the patient experience within the local healthcare landscape. The PEL consistently makes significant contributions in the areas of treatment access and patient experience within their assigned ecosystem. The PEL will report to the Regional Patient Lead (RPL).
