Serves on the front line of patient and visitor interactions at the front desk in GRMC’s main lobby and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Customer Relations Department. Provides assistance for patients, visitors and GRMC team members by performing various administrative roles including issuing visitor badges, logging in visitors, screening visitors based upon patient requests, answering questions, providing information, explaining policies, addressing concerns, and directing patients and visitors to the proper individual or location using verification data through GRMC’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) known as AllScripts. Assists in coordinating and administering hospital tours. Other duties may be assigned.
