The C3 Patient Experience Coordinator works to develop, implement and foster an organizational culture of patient and family-centered care and an exceptional patient experience using Compassionate, Connected Care (C3) concepts. This position will be responsible for helping incorporate this key initiative as well as its adoption into practice within the overall strategies of Organizational Development and Well-being. Collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders will be essential for success. Mosaic Life Care is a health care system in northwest Missouri.
