Join UChicago Medicine, as a Patient Experience Advisor in the Patient Experience Department at our Hyde Park Campus. The Patient Experience Advisor will be responsible for managing and facilitating process improvement projects that deliver a measurable impact on quality, safety, efficiency, and patient experience. In this capacity, he or she will work closely with clinical and operations teams to review consumer insights trends and themes, identify improvement opportunities and goals, leverage supporting best practices, and partner with them to deliver improvements to clinical and operational experience outcomes.
