Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must obtain BLS certification upon hire
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, walking, lifting, pushing/pulling)
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and infection control

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients via stretcher, wheelchair, bed, or specialized vehicle
• Respond to transport and equipment requests from dispatchers and clinical staff
• Interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals with empathy and professionalism
