About The Position
Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID is hiring a Patient and Equipment Transporter. This position is responsible for the internal transport of patients and the distribution of assignment equipment. Position Highlights and Benefits: Schedule Information: This position will be scheduled for 40 hours a week: Tuesday-Saturday 6am-2:30pm Day 1 Benefits for colleagues! Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in customer service and/or patient care preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all questions and requests in a timely manner, providing the highest degree of customer service to patients and staff alike.
- Coordinates with team to dispatch transporters appropriately.
- Execute established procedures for decontamination, inspection, delivery of equipment and customer service relations.
- Demonstrate use of transfer techniques and equipment as needed.
