The Patient Engagement Specialist works in Quality Improvement and administers the tasks necessary for the effective implementation of the ChesPenn Quality Improvement Program. The employee will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing organizational continuing quality improvement and quality assurance efforts via various methods with a focus on patient outreach and engagement. Assists the Performance Improvement Coordinator to direct the organization’s initiatives to enhance revenue from current and future Pay for Performance, Incentive Based and Risk Sharing reimbursement programs.
