We serve patients in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. We are seeking a Patient Engagement Representative with a background in sales for our outbound team; this candidate is an empathetic individual who deeply cares about the lives of our patients and makes a lasting impression. Here at New York Bariatric Group we go the extra mile for our patients to ensure they enjoy the experience with our practice. As a Patient Engagement Representative for the New York Bariatric Group, you will be responsible for reaching out to patients that have either booked an appointment and did not make it to the initial consultation, or past patients that need a follow-up appointment. You will have excellent communications skills, positive personality, human relations skills, multitasking, self-motivated, ability to work independently, ability to work with a team, professional image, respect diversity, flexibility, honesty and caring attitude towards people. Hours for this position are 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
