About The Position

US Heart and Vascular is seeking a Remote Patient Engagement Manger to join our team. Position Summary:This role oversees administration, optimization, and governance of all patient-facing communication tools, including Healow (eClinicalWorks) and Phreesia, ensuring that digital workflows support operational efficiency, access, and patient satisfaction. The Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, drive platform adoption, and deliver measurable improvements in engagement performance.

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
Three (3) years’ experience administering digital patient engagement platforms (Healow, Phreesia, or similar).
Experience in working with ambulatory and/or management services organization setting.
If the individual in this role will claim mileage on their expense report, a current valid state driver’s license and required minimum auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

Patient Administration & Analytics Manage configuration, settings, templates, and content for Healow and Phreesia.
Maintain patient portal functionality, workflows, and provider/location configurations.
Monitor system performance, portal adoption, login success, registration completion, check-in rates, and digital payment usage.
Resolve system, workflow, and device issues in collaboration with IT and Clinical Applications.
Digital Communication Governance Lead enterprise approval process for all outbound patient-facing messages across digital platforms.
Standardize communication content across platforms and markets.
Maintain oversight of reply routing, inbox management, and patient message workflows to ensure timely, accurate responses.
Align all communication content with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead testing and validation of system updates, enhancements, and new features.
Develop training materials and job aids for frontline teams.
Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements or training needs.
Support enterprise initiatives that rely on patient-facing digital tools.
