About The Position

Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm Location: Hybrid 2; Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office Hybrid 2: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Patient Engagement Director is responsible for working with and across Carelon Medical Benefits Management Executive leadership team in leading Carelon Medical Benefits Managements solution innovation and partnership strategies, in addition to working with government affairs and other external constituents in support of driving support for and sales of Carelon Medical Benefits Managements core products and services. How you will make an impact: Provides comprehensive analytic and business insight across Carelon Medical Benefits Management. Investigates and manages internal and external issues, to include provider issues, clinical issues, and other inquiries. Develops Carelon Medical Benefits Management's solution innovation strategy and leads Carelon Medical Benefits Management's business partnership strategy. Provides analytic and business insight across Carelon Medical Benefits Management. Investigates and manages internal and external issues on an ad hoc basis including provider issues, clinical issues, and other inquiries. May provide leadership and/or oversight of projects, project teams and/or external consultants.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related area and a minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible business and professional experience including 3 years of leadership experience in a related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Work experience in product development, marketing or project management experience preferred.
