About The Position

Patient Driver at Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR. Per Diem/DayShift Provide transportation, companionship, and assistance to program-eligible clients. This includes transportation within Clatsop County, as well as driving clients to Portland or Longview medical appointments as necessary. Requirements

  • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
  • 5 years driving experience.
