About The Position

The Patient Dining Associate is responsible for processing all patient menus and diet orders according to department procedures. This position ensures that all patient food service requests are processed promptly and that menus prepared for patients are individualized to specific diets. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to team work and cooperation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in healthcare foodservice is preferred.
