About The Position

Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, VA, is hiring a Patient Dining Associate II (Team Lead) for the Food Services Department. Full-time, Rotating Shifts (from 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.) Responsible for coordinating patient meal service on all units of assigned teams, e.g. menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs, in-between meal food delivery. Ensure that all Catering Associates are adequately trained and units are properly staffed to provide service. React accurately and effectively to all changes to ensure efficient timing of services, accuracy of physician's ordered modified diets. Experience in Lieu of degree/diploma will be accepted.

Requirements

High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
Food Service Handler's Card as required by local Health Department (Required)
4 Years Food Service Experience (Required)
