IntegriChain is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative data steward with strong communication skills for our Patient Data Stewardship team. The team works as subject matter experts in the rapidly-developing patient data analytics space. Working on this team, candidates would develop and leverage knowledge to support pharmaceutical manufacturers by investigating and resolving data issues that obstruct or obscure the patient journey. They would also be contributing to the continued development of the team's processes and tools, making use of new resources and techniques as they become available and areas for growth are identified. This role requires an investigative mind, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail, as well as the ability to recognize and advance opportunities for improvement in existing processes. In addition, ideal candidates will be comfortable working with members of cross-functional internal teams, external stakeholders, and specialty pharmacies to both support and improve existing programs.

  • Monitor and report on data processing for expected file receipt and incoming data quality
  • Conduct patient matching activities, including HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI)
  • Access, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL, Power BI, MS Excel, and Python
  • Communicate with manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, and internal teams to efficiently resolve data quality issues
  • Record issues and manage ongoing initiatives via Jira and other tooling
  • Assist in the development of process enhancements and streamlining of existing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Collaborate effectively with the other Patient Stewards to advance both short and long-term projects
  • Adhere to strict data governance controls around PHI
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, Life Sciences or healthcare industry preferred
  • Experience using SQL, PowerBI and Excel required, Python and Snowflake experience preferred
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA) specific to life sciences
  • Strong verbal and written professional communication skills
  • Ability to work well both autonomously and within a team
  • Demonstrated experience mastering complex systems and developing improved operating procedures for existing processes
  • Bachelor's degree required
