The position involves delivering a distinctive patient experience both in person and over the phone. The role requires answering calls and scheduling new and existing patients for dental treatment, welcoming patients into the office, and gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history. Additionally, the candidate will maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area, collect patient payments, and update necessary documents in the patient chart. Outbound calls to confirm upcoming appointments and performing additional duties such as assisting with laundry, taking out the trash, and refilling supplies in restrooms are also part of the job.
