About The Position
Worcester Endodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Patient Coordinator to join our team. As an Endodontic Patient Coordinator, you’ll play an essential role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring every patient has a positive experience. Dental experience required. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm
Requirements
- Superior communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and work closely with patients and staff
- Reliable transportation
- 1 year of experience working in a dental office is required
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for
- Check patients in and out and manage appointment scheduling
- Answer phones with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Verify patient insurance and assist with billing questions
- Maintain organized records and ensure paperwork is properly filed
- Support the clinical team by coordinating patient flow and seating patients as needed
- Keep the reception area clean and inviting
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Participate in marketing and community events
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
