Requirements

  • Previous dental or healthcare front office experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with dental scheduling and insurance verification preferred.
  • Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to maintain an efficient daily schedule.
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial coordination and patient accounts.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and the clinical team to support a seamless experience.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
