Responsibilities

  • Greet and Check-in/Check-out patients with a smile
  • Keep patient paperwork up to date and organized
  • Answer phones, check voicemails, and return calls promptly
  • Collect patient dues with accuracy
  • Verify insurances and handle prior authorizations
  • Confirm daily schedules to ensure smooth operations
