About The Position

The primary responsibilities of this role include scheduling client appointments, warmly greeting clients upon arrival, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the services offered. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patient care, possess excellent communication skills, and be well-spoken and articulate. They should be flexible with scheduling, have strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and exude a friendly, outgoing demeanor. Additionally, they must be able to multitask effectively, work well in a team, and be comfortable with basic computer and software applications. Work Schedule: This is a full time position requiring 30-35 hours per week. The role is onsite with standard working hours. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience managing phone systems and scheduling
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Collect patient information and enter it into the system.
  • Escort patients to exam rooms, ensuring they are comfortable.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms between appointments.
  • Process patient check-outs and collect required fees.
  • Answer phone calls, retrieve voicemail messages, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Prepare patient charts and handle all administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure the waiting area remains comfortable and tidy.
