The Role As a Patient Coordinator (Patient Liaison), you’ll be the first point of contact for new patients and an ongoing support throughout their therapy journey.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a warm, empathetic style.
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable using CRM/EHR systems.
- Availability to work 8 AM - 4PM Central on weekdays.
- A quiet, professional home workspace.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in social work, case management, or a healthcare setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responding to new patient inquiries via SMS and phone.
- Assessing patient needs and preferences to match them with the right therapist.
- Scheduling and supporting patients to ensure successful, long-term matches.
- Using good judgment to know when a thoughtful text is enough—and when a well-timed phone call makes all the difference.
- Helping patients navigate scheduling, insurance questions, and ongoing care needs.
