About The Position

As a Patient Coordinator, also known as a Patient Experience Coordinator at Aspen, the role involves contributing to communities and positively impacting patients' lives. This position reports to the Manager and entails daily front office tasks to create positive patient impressions and build trust. New hires participate in a four-week training program to ensure success in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
