About The Position

As a Patient Coordinator, also known as a Patient Experience Coordinator at Aspen, you will contribute to communities and positively impact patients' lives. This role involves reporting to the Manager and performing daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. New team members will participate in a four-week training program to ensure success in the role.

Requirements

  • Must be age 18 or older

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
