Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills with excellent organization and communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A team-oriented mindset and genuine passion for helping people

Nice To Haves

• Dental office experience preferred (but not required for the right fit!)
• Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, making them feel welcomed and cared for
• Provide exceptional patient care by guiding patients through their visit from check-in to check-out
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to ensure smooth patient flow
• Present, explain, and schedule treatment plans while answering patient questions
• Verify insurance, explain benefits, and assist patients with understanding financial options
• Accept payments, collect copays, and maintain accurate financial records
• Update patient records, process X-rays, and manage referrals
• Keep the front office running smoothly with organization, positivity, and teamwork
