About The Position

At Aspen Dental, the Patient Coordinator, also known as a Patient Experience Coordinator, is a full-time role focused on providing superior patient service. The position offers job stability within a world-class dental service organization (DSO), competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
