Requirements

  • Preferred 1+ year of dental front office experience

Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients with a warm, professional welcome
  • Managing check-in and check-out with confidence and care
  • Handling phone calls — scheduling, answering questions, and following up
  • Maintaining our schedule with efficient appointment booking
  • Accurately entering patient and insurance information into our system
  • Collecting copays and deductibles with a friendly, clear approach
  • Supporting insurance processing and verifying coverage
  • Resolving issues with grace, empathy, and critical thinking
