We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, hospitality-driven team member to join our growing orthodontic practice. As the first voice many patients hear, you’ll play a key role in delivering a 5-star experience while keeping our schedule full and flowing smoothly. This role requires organization, urgency, and a true passion for helping families.

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow established systems and processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort using computers, scheduling software, and phone systems

Nice To Haves

  • Prior dental or orthodontic experience preferred (but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!)
  • A team player with a positive attitude and patient-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls (first on phones during your shift)
  • Fielding a goal of 40+ calls per day
  • Checking and returning voicemails
  • Scheduling new patient exams and follow-up appointments
  • Rescheduling and managing schedule efficiency
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Following up on referrals and pending appointments
  • Monitoring and utilizing the Sooner List
  • Triaging calls to support clinical flow
  • Updating patient information and documenting thoroughly
  • Communicating closely with the clinical and front desk teams
