About The Position

At Aspen Dental, the Patient Coordinator, also known as a Patient Experience Coordinator, is a full-time role focused on providing superior patient service. The position offers job security, competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling within a world-class dental service organization. This role involves giving back to communities and positively affecting patients' lives by performing daily front office tasks and building trust and loyalty with patients. New hires will participate in a four-week training program to ensure success in the role.

Requirements

  • Must be age 18 or older

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
