About The Position

As a Patient Coordinator (also known as Patient Experience Coordinator), you will contribute to communities and positively impact patients' lives by performing daily front office tasks, creating lasting impressions, and building trust and loyalty with patients. The role includes a four-week training program.

Requirements

  • Must be age 18 or older

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
  • Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
  • Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
