About The Position

Worcester Dental Arts is seeking a part-time Patient Coordinator to be a vital part of our patient-centered team. This role supports clinical excellence by ensuring every patient receives outstanding care and service from start to finish. Prior dental office experience is preferred but not required. Schedule: 3 days per week to start - potential to become full-time: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:45 am - 5 pm

Requirements

• Positive energy
• Superior communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and work closely with patients and staff

Nice To Haves

• 1 year experience in a dental office is preferred
• Working knowledge of dental practice management software is preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile
• Checking patients in and out for appointments
• Scheduling appointments for patients
• Answering phones with enthusiasm
• Picking up and organizing mail to and from office
• Assisting with patient billing processing and questions
• Organizing and filing all paperwork generated by the clinic
• Assisting clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
• Keeping reception area clean and orderly at all times
• Checking and verifying patients' insurance
• Taking part in company marketing events and responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned by the manager
