As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our patients and their families. Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to the following: Greeting patients and guests with a warm, professional demeanor Explaining treatment plans clearly and confidently Presenting payment options and assisting patients with financial arrangements Managing incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette and assessment skills Supporting clear and positive communication between management and staff Coordinating patient scheduling to optimize daily workflow and staff productivity Ensuring daily tasks, office objectives, and production goals are met Assisting with inside and outside marketing initiatives Preparing and submitting clean insurance claims
